It was very easy on me, I didn't have an appointment, we just called to get directions and they were more than happy to help us out. Jyna was very nice and welcoming, very comfortable environment. Trying on dresses was easy, other places I've been just leave you by yourself to try on the dresses and do not talk to you about which you like or don't like. We found the perfect dress in our budget and we are leaving happy and very pleased with what we bought.
